God’s provision for our salvation: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son…”

God’s provision for our salvation is through the giving of His Son, Jesus Christ.  The Bible tells us that God “hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.” (2 Corinthians 5:21).  

1 Peter 3:18 For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:

God has provided everything necessary for our salvation – He gave His Son, Jesus Christ, to die for our sins on the cross.

God’s way of salvation: “…that whosoever believeth in him…”

God’s way of salvation is through believing in Jesus Christ as our personal Savior.  You must believe in Him to save you, to forgive you of your sins, and to give you eternal life.  Salvation is not found in any work of God’s law, any ceremony, or any religious activity.  Salvation is by faith alone is Jesus Christ alone!

Romans 3:21a-22a But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested…Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe.

Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.

God’s promise of salvation: “…should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

What an incredible promise!  God’s gift of salvation makes you absolutely safe from ever being condemned to hell for your sins.  God’s gift of salvation gives to you life that is eternal!  Remember, God can never lie!  Whatever He has promised you, He will do for you, according to His Word.

John 10:28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.

John 11:25-26 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?

How can you be born again?  In order to be born again, you must trust in Jesus Christ, the Son of God, as your personal Savior.  He is God’s only provision for your salvation.  The moment you believe in Jesus Christ alone for your salvation, you will be born again and God promises that you will never perish, but that He will give you eternal life!
